IML INJECTION
We have injection machines with 40 to 650 tonne clamping force. Most of our machines are robotic and many of them feature IML mould labelling systems which offer a technological advance in the manufacturing of decorated products. It’s a feature that particularly stands out because it’s a very high quality and clean labelling solution.
By combining IML labelling and plastic injection, IML labels are perfectly integrated into the product packaging for plastic product decorative possibilities with a spectacular level of finish and at a lower cost than other systems.
POHUER has a wide range of machines equipped with IML mould labelling injection systems in addition to an experienced and productive technical team for this all-new injection system.
ENGINEERING
The Pohuer Engineering and Design Department offers technical advice for part design, mould design and the ideal material needed to make any plastic product.
Our human resources and the latest technology in industrial design tools allow us to be able to offer comprehensive project solutions and make the manufacture of any plastic part a reality. To do so, we have the latest technologies used in the sector such as CAD-CAM, CNC milling machines, EDM machines, etc. in addition to more than thirty years of experience and a well-known history of quality and service in our relations with national and international companies.
POHUER applies its quality policy to all of its processes. By doing so, we aim to develop the projects we’re entrusted with in a way that fully meets our customers’ expectations and needs as well as all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Constant onsite audits, Poka-Yoke mistake-proofing quality systems, continuous process inspections and homogeneous quality allow POHUER to develop an effective production process that makes us stand out above the competition. Our philosophy is based on complete control from the very beginning by sampling during injection at the machine, implementing mechanisms that help improve part inspection and recording all the parameters and possible variations to ensure each one of the items we manufacture can be fully traced.

POHUER has implemented a quality management system pursuant to the internationally renowned standard UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008 as approved by the certification authority TÜV SÜD under certificate no.: 12 100 42928 TMS. It has been ISO 9002:1994 certified since the year 2000.
Moreover, POHUER complies with all BRC Packaging requirements for plastic part injection moulding under the certificate no.: 12 021 42928 TMS.
